Wellness Retreats

Experience bespoke luxury wellness retreats tailored to your mind and body

We envision a world where wellness is not just a concept but a lived experience for everyone.

There is an intricate connection between cognitive, emotional and physical wellbeing. An imbalance in one area can affect all others, impacting overall health and happiness. Our wellness retreats are hosted in stunning, serene surroundings where these connections are explored and embraced, leading to profound personal growth.

Our ultimate goal? To create a world where people are empowered to integrate their physical and psychological wellbeing, achieving a state of health that radiates through every aspect of their lives.

What to expect on our Wellness Retreats

Whether you’re looking to address specific challenges or pursuing personal growth, our all-encompassing approach integrates evidence-based therapy, sleep assessments, nutrition, sound healing, motion release therapy, and nature-based mindfulness.

Here’s what you can expect:

One-on-one expert guidance
Each participant is paired with a psychological facilitator who will guide and support you throughout the programme.

Multiple evidence-based therapies
Experience a diverse range of therapies and interventions like Schema Therapy, imagery work, chair work, and EMDR, alongside Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based approaches.

Group activities and workshops
Participate in motion release (dance therapy), pilates, sound baths, nutrition workshops (led by expert dieticians and nutritional therapists), and sleep talks from our sleep expert and clinical neurologist.

Holistic approach
Whether it’s understanding the mind-body connection, working with emotions stored in the body, or deepening personal growth, our retreat offers a blend of physical and psychological exploration.

Deep dive into your wellbeing

Our approach at the retreat is designed to go below the surface, guiding you towards a deeper understanding of yourself.

Mind

Your emotional wellbeing is important. We’ll discuss your feelings about the retreat, recent emotional experiences, and daily stressors. It’s about recognising patterns in your behaviour and their impact on your wellbeing. We’ll align your core values with your goals, helping you pinpoint three key achievements for your time here and the months following. We’ll also think ahead about potential challenges and how to navigate them so that you leave the retreat feeling empowered and with a clear plan for sustainable, lasting change.

Body

On the retreat, we will encourage you to explore your body – how you feel within it, the nature of your movement, and your overall physical well-being. We’ll talk about your sleep patterns, nutrition, and address any physical concerns you might have, like fitness or wellness goals. The aim? To identify personal goals for your stay and the next six months, keeping in line with what really matters to you.

No. The retreats are structured to accommodate both newcomers to therapy and those who are already in therapy, with the option for preparatory or follow-up sessions as needed.

Absolutely. The retreats are designed to complement and enhance your existing therapy journey.

Feeling a bit nervous or shy at first is totally normal, especially when trying out new things or joining group activities. It happens to the best of us! That’s why we match you with a psychological facilitator for the duration of the retreat. They will be there to guide and support you every step of the way.

We encourage you to join the full retreat schedule but understand if there are scheduling conflicts. If you have any timing concerns, please mention them to us in advance.

After the retreat, we will check-in with you and invite you to provide feedback on your experience. You’ll also have the opportunity to continue your wellness journey with our expert team at the clinic, focusing on achieving your medium or longer-term goals.
